Symptoms of Joint Pain & Arthritis
As we rely heavily on our joints, they become extra sensitive to injury or excess physical pressure. It is necessary to be aware of our body and the signals that it sends. A painful joint may not necessarily mean that you are suffering from arthritis or any of the other joint disorders but complete ignorance of the pain is also not advisable. Prudence lies in timely attending to the problem so that it does not escalate. Watch out for some common signs relating to joint pain that could prove helpful in controlling joint disorders. Some common symptoms of impending joint problems that would require a visit to your doctor: · Experiencing pain, stiffness, swelling or warmth in your joints · Any involuntary weight loss of 10 pounds or more · Persistent joint pain in one or more joints, occurring without any injury or accident, beyond 3 day · Swelling or inflammation of joints · Severe, unexplained joint pain especially if accompanied by other unexplained symptoms. Fever not associated with flu symptoms
